Пару лет назад мы с сыном Сашкой провели все лето на даче. Недалеко от нас на даче жила девочка Маша со своей бабушкой, и мой Сашка как-то неожиданно подружился с этой девчонкой, ну просто не разлей вода. Машка была в общем девочкой не худенькой, с упитанным животиком, но поначалу не особо выделялась среди других девчонок. Однако примерно через месяц с ней произошли удивительные метаморфозы: ее животик выпирал уже так, словно она проглотила футбольный мяч, а на штанишках постоянно расходилась молния. Мы с мужем не знали уже, что и думать - но все же детям по десять лет, не должно вроде быть ничего такого-то... Но наши недоумения вскоре развеялись, когда Машина бабушка однажды в воскресенье пригласила нас всех к ним на обед. Сказать, что обед был обильным - значит, не сказать ничего. Лично я наелась уже закусками, но потом была огромная тарелка борща, потом - столь же огромная тарелка плова, причем Сашке и Машке накладывались такие же порции, как и взрослым. Мы надеялись, что это все, но не тут-то было - под конец бабушка торжественно поставила на стол тазик с блинами, которые, видимо, составляли предмет ее особой гордости. Мы с мужем были уже так сыты, что ели блины уже просто через силу, чтобы не обидеть хозяйку, но Машка поглощала блины в таком количестве, словно бы перед этим не было немыслимого бабушкиного обеда, не забывая при этом обильно поливать их сгущенкой. Глядя на нее, охочий до выпечки Сашка тоже стал таскать блин за блином, но тут я сказала ему стоп, потому что иначе бы ему было просто плохо. Когда мы наконец, едва дыша от сытости, распрощались с Машей и ее гостеприимной бабушкой, и направились домой, Сашка начал ко мне приставать, почему я не разрешила ему поесть блинов - дескать, Маша же вот ела! Я ответила: - Сашка, ты что, хочешь, чтобы у тебя был такой же живот, как у Маши? Но Сашка не сдавался: - Ну и что, вот Маша же хочет, чтобы у нее был такой живот! Я не знала, что ответить, но на помощь пришел мой муж. Со вздохом похлопав себя по животу, он сказал: - Знаешь, Санька, мне кажется, Маша просто мечтает, как бы ей от своего живота избавиться. Просто они с бабушкой нашли самый верный способ - еще чуть-чуть, и ее живот лопнет!

Когда моему сыну было четыре года, он смотрел только забугорные мультфильмы про роботов – охотников за телами, монстров – оборотней, бесполых японцев с магическими кристаллами и прочую хрень. Не то что я был против, но меня напрягало, что он ни под каким видом не хотел смотреть наши старые, добрые, проверенные временем советские мультики. Сюжет не бойкий, взрывов мало, трансформеров - убийц так и вовсе нет... Одним словом - отстой. Сын посмотрит ради меня две минуты «Приключений Бонифация» и все спрашивает: - Долго еще? Может уже к концу мотанем? Загрустил я и стал думать как же мне завлечь и подсадить своего паренька на человеческие мультфильмы...? Заставлять - смысла нет, обещать новые игрушки – не жирно ли будет, за просмотр мультиков...? (А дальше что? Эдак я докачусь до того, что он мороженое станет есть только за шоколадные конфеты...) Пришлось играть на низменных человеческих инстинктах, а что делать...? Смастерил из посылочного ящика дом, прорезал окна, покрасил стены, даже крышу пристроил с трубой. Вскоре в доме поселились маленькие человечки ростом со спичку и обзавелись неплохим хозяйством: стол диван, книжный шкаф и даже унитаз, а самое главное, они приобрели себе огромную плазму с диагональю аж три дюйма. Я сразу предупредил сына, что у этих ребят своя жизнь, в которую нам гигантам лучше не соваться. Они же в нашу не лезут, живут спокойно в своем домике под столом. Есть не просят... Вдруг на следующий день сын прибежал с квадратными глазами и громким шепотом прокричал: - Папа, бежим скорее, человечки в своем домике смотрят плазму! - Ну, смотрят и смотрят, что они не люди? Ты им главное не мешай и не пугай. Поздно вечером вернулась жена и с ужасом застала ребенка лежащего под столом без признаков жизни... Это он бедняга затаив дыхание подсматривал через окно, как маленькие человечки смотрят мультфильмы и успел подглядеть всего Винни–Пуха и Ну погоди. На следующий день человечки взялись за фильмы Гари Бардина и сын не отстал от лилипутиков, втянулся. Так изо дня в день лежа под столом, он стал крупным специалистом по советской мультипликации...
