Sony World Photography Awards, проводимый в престижном Palais des Festivals в Каннах с 21 по 25 апреля 2008 года, с гордостью отдает дань уважения фотографам всего мира, работающих в различных направлениях. В ходе Sony World Photography Awards будут выставлены лучшие мировые снимки от пейзажей до музыки, от фотожурналистики до моды, сделанные известными фотографами, а также теми, кто еще известным не стал.

 

SWPA (ВКФS) поддерживают сотни лучших фотографов, критиков, галеристов, директоров, основателей и других экспертов отрасли, это первая конкурсная выставка подобного рода, предоставляющая беспрецедентную международную платформу в ранее недооцененном мире фотографии.
